And here's a sketch for a birthday card I did a while back. I kind of like red balloons...

    While both are lovely, I really like the top one. It just emotes joy. I like the way the elements break the frame. (and that bird is adorable!)

    Yes, what is it about red balloons that makes them so wonderful! I love the dreamy, happy expression on the girl's face. And the texture of the background on both pieces is marvelous!
