Illustration Friday | Late

What do bunnies do when it gets really late? They snuggled up and go to bed! Like me, they're more of the morning sort...
I had a bit of problem painting the sky. I was trying to make it quite starry and decided to improvise, but it got a bit muddy and the lines didn't help much. Well, I still like the bunnies! :-)

  8. They must be sharing the most wonderful of dreams. This is warm and sweet! I like your rich sky, too. At first I thought they were fireflies -- basically tiny stars on earth, right?

  11. Monica the bunnies do look cute and I don’t see a problem with the sky. I have to admit, I’ve seen a number of bunnies out late at night when I go for walks with my husband. Maybe these two were just worn out tired – or maybe they really wanted to cuddle. -elisa

  21. Adorable bunnies as usual :) Isn't it funny that you can just NOT like something, but everyone else LOVES it? We are our own worst critics I guess :) I think it all looks great!

  22. Wonderful bunnies, they do look snuggly! I think your sky is spot on here, it really suggests the depths of night and works well with the muted green grass and light tones of the rabbits :)
