Illustration Friday | Resolve

It's that time of the year, when one makes plans for the new year. Well, my resolution for 2009 is to show my artwork and hopefully get some illustration work for children's magazines. So, I'm going to work on my portfolio and learn more about how to promote my artwork. Sounds good, right?! :-)

É aquela época do ano, quando fazemos planos para o novo ano. Bem, decidi me esforçar mais para divulgar as minhas ilustrações e talvez conseguir trabalho ilustrando revistas infantis. Então vou trabalhar no meu portfolio, e aprender mais sobre auto-promoção. Boa idéia, não é?! :-)

    I can tell it won't be long before they are calling you. You are so talented. I love each and every and I do mean each and every, piece that you have ever posted! I am so pleased to hear that you are going to show your work because I certainly believe in you and I know you have to goods. Any kids magazine would be happy to have you. Your illustrations are always fun and delicious. There is always great expression and movement. Your colors are bright and they work really well. I'm ready to see you do your thang!!! YOU GO GIRL!!
