oh i lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve this! what a storyteller you are, monica! wonderful illio and i'm putting that puppy in my pocket and bringing him home! he is too too adorable.
Oh so sad! I agree "cliques" are not a good thing to encourage or be part of. Poor little puppy... hopefully another little guy will come along and play with him too.
Olá! Obrigado por passar lá no meu Blog! Adorei o seu também. Aquarelas!
Bj
Oh, I hate the feeling this gives me...that poor little guy all alone and those other dogs being cliquish! :( (Not your illustration, just the sad puppy face.) Maybe when they get to know him better, they'll be open minded and ask him to join. Adorable dogs, even the ones in the clique! :) GREAT ILLO!
Hey Monica, I took the day off just so I could visit some of my favorite (you) blogspots on this very rainy day. I love the illustration for "Clique" and can't wait to see what you will do for "Packed" These little pups are cute and now I feel like I might have to get one.
I don't like cliques either---you caught the feeling in your sweet illustration!

ReplyDeleteOh Monica, I love the playful doggies! Hey little one, don't be afraid, just join the crowd, I know they'll welcome you!

ReplyDeleteGreat way of portraying dogs, their so full of life here.
Those puppies sure look like they're having a lot of fun. But I bet they would let the other one join if he got up the courage to ask.
ReplyDeleteI didn’t like cliques either. How were you able to make such a sad situation so cute? I just want to go and pick the lonely puppy up and play with it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for noticing my illo in SCBWI!!!! I had no idea! Isn't that the coolest thing? :) :) Thanks for all your encouragement :)
